When opening or closing, pull the zipper gently along its track in the intended direction. Avoid using excessive force or pulling at an angle, as this may damage the zipper.

Use a gentle detergent and avoid bleach. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron on low if needed, avoiding direct heat on zippers.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For Australian deliveries, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping arrives in 1–4 business days. International orders can take 7–15 days depending on customs and carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150, or $10 for orders under $150. Express shipping is $15 for orders under $150, or $5 for orders $150 and over.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale: Gift cards, discounted items, sample sale items, and purchases made with store credit from giveaways are final sale.
