General Terms

The following terms apply to all Lenelly promotions, discount codes and giveaways:

Lenelly reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit entries that do not comply with the Terms & Conditions of entry. This includes conduct considered fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of Lenelly.
Lenelly reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel any discount or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout before an order is placed. Codes cannot be applied manually to orders once confirmed, and partial refunds cannot be issued for the equivalent discount value. If there is an issue applying discount codes, please contact us at hello@lenelly.com.
Discounts and prizes are not valid retrospectively on previous purchases.
Discounts and prizes are not redeemable for cash or store credit unless otherwise stated.
Discounts and prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
All discount codes are valid for single use only, unless otherwise stated.
Promotions are valid for the stated duration only. Lenelly is not responsible for entries or orders submitted after a promotion has ended.
Promotions are open to Australian residents only, unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are products marked down from their original retail price.
We accept returns on Sale items in accordance with our standard Returns & Refunds Policy, unless the item is marked as Final Sale.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty, damaged or incorrect as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Prices are as marked. Sale pricing cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
Lenelly reserves the right to end a sale at any time without notice.

Discount codes are issued at Lenelly's discretion and may be subject to minimum spend requirements, product exclusions or expiry dates as specified at the time of issue.
Only one discount code may be applied per order.
Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Codes issued to a specific individual — including ambassador codes, referral codes or personalised offers — are for that individual's use only and may not be shared publicly without Lenelly's permission.

Giveaways and competitions run by Lenelly via our website or social media channels are governed by these General Terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
Winners will be selected in the manner stated in the relevant promotion and notified via the contact method provided at entry.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product unless otherwise stated.
Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 14 days of notification unless otherwise stated.
Lenelly giveaways and competitions are in no way affiliated with, sponsored by or administered by Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.

Ambassador discount codes are provided exclusively for personal use and for sharing with your community in accordance with your ambassador agreement.
Ambassador codes may not be used by the ambassador on their own purchases unless expressly permitted.
Lenelly reserves the right to deactivate any ambassador code at any time.
