Crafted from high-quality PU (vegan) leather, the Hera Pram Caddy is designed to age beautifully with everyday use.

To maintain its appearance:

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth
• For light marks, use a mild soap diluted with water and wipe carefully
• Allow to air dry naturally before use
  

To protect the finish, please avoid:

• Machine washing or tumble drying
• Harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners
• Prolonged exposure to heat sources

When not in use, store in a cool, dry place and avoid placing heavy items on top to help preserve the bag’s shape.

Shipping: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For Australian deliveries, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping arrives in 1–4 business days. International orders can take 7–15 days depending on customs and carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150, or $10 for orders under $150. Express shipping is $15 for orders under $150, or $5 for orders $150 and over.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale: Gift cards, discounted items, sample sale items, and purchases made with store credit from giveaways are final sale.

If your order arrives with a defect or missing item, contact us at returns@lenelly.com within 14 days for an exchange. For international returns, duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to the cost of the goods.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes, the interior features a water-resistant lining, making spills easy to wipe clean. For the exterior, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth.

What's the return policy if I don't like it?
